Becca took our engagement photos two years ago and we knew we were going to use her again someday. She is so easy to talk to and get along with. She really wants to get to know her couples on a level of friendship, not just photograph them. We talked to her off and on while we were trying to figure out what we wanted to do for our wedding - we agreed that her vision of eloping for us was exactly what we wanted and needed; it was the truest version of us. Both my husband and I have known Becca since college. And we were lucky enough to see her career as a photographer unfold since the beginning. We first booked Becca as our wedding photographer because we already had a good relationship with her and her pictures are stunning. After being referred to Becca from a great friend of ours and looking over her instagram page we decided to book Becca pretty last minute before a very small elopement wedding my wife Kelly & I had in Aspen. When the day arrived and Becca met us and started photographing us getting ready and detailed shots we appreciated Becca's fun personality as we moved forward to our ceremony in the mountains of Aspen. After the ceremony was over and we saw Becca in some instances running to try and get the perfect shot of us and also standing in the sunroof of a car to photograph us driving away in our sexy convertible rental car to once again get that perfect shot of us was incredible. You don’t need to know Becca for long before developing a friendship and feeling comfortable with her. Her personality is so humble, honest and pure. There are a few people in this world that when you meet them, you know they’re something special – that’s Becca. Becca is a light in a dark room. Her photos capture personalities, inner and outer beauty, and her passion shines through her work. I know my fiance isn't comfortable posing for pictures (what guy is?), but as soon as we got started Becca helped him feel comfortable and at ease immediately. My husband and I already had a dream wedding. All of our friends and family were there on the beach. It was amazing, but is isn't 100% what I had wanted. As much as the wedding was amazing it felt more like it was for our friends and family more than us. With our vow renewal we finally got to have our "us" moment. Becca makes it like you are out on an adventure with your best friend all while you just so happening to be getting married and capturing all the special, happy fun, and emotional moments. This time I wasn't scared that what I might say to him in the vows might be silly and no one will understand our jokes, because it was finally just about him and me.
